Description
Early Spring First Flush
This Longjing green tea is harvested during the very first flush of early spring, just as the tea trees awaken from winter dormancy. Picked at the peak moment of renewal, it captures the purest and most vibrant expression of the season.
Traditional Leaf Standard
Carefully selected to the classic one bud, one leaf standard—where the first leaf is just beginning to open—this tea represents the most prized stage of growth. The tender shoots, enriched by months of winter rest, develop high levels of amino acids, contributing to its smooth and naturally sweet character.

Signature Aroma and Taste
The tea reveals a gentle aroma of roasted chestnut and fresh beans, a hallmark of fine Longjing. On the palate, it is smooth, mellow, and softly nutty, with a rounded, silky texture and a clean finish that leaves a lingering sweetness.
Heritage Cultivar Complexity
Crafted from the Xingchang native variety, part of the traditional Longjing Qunti group, this tea preserves the authenticity of seed-grown tea plants. Unlike modern cloned varieties, this heritage cultivar offers greater genetic diversity, resulting in deeper flavor layers, subtle floral nuances, and a more complex, evolving taste experience.
Mountain Origin and Terroir
Sourced from Liugongtian Village in Xinchang, Zhejiang, at elevations of 600–800 meters, the tea benefits from a pristine mountain environment. Surrounded by clean air, mineral-rich soil, and a cool climate, the leaves grow slowly, developing richer compounds and a more refined, delicate profile.
Mature Tea Trees Advantage
Many of the tea trees in this region are over 50 years old, allowing them to produce leaves with enhanced depth and character. The maturity of these trees contributes to a fuller, more layered flavor compared to younger plantations.

Brewing Recommendations
Brew with water at 80–85°C (176–185°F) using a tea-to-water ratio of 1:30–1:50. Steep for 10–15 seconds for the first infusion, increasing gradually with each brew. This tea can be re-steeped 4–6 times, revealing evolving flavors in every cup.
