Origin and Cultivar

Ideal Growing Conditions
Surrounded by Taihu Lake and shrouded in morning mist, the tea gardens benefit from high humidity and gentle, temperate weather. The elevation and mist create slow growth, thicker leaves, and deeper nutrient development, giving the tea a layered and nuanced taste.
Flavor Profile
The tea offers a soft, delicate texture with fresh, lively notes and a gentle natural sweetness. The finish is fragrant, refreshing, and elegantly balanced, perfect for slow, mindful sipping.
Brewing Instructions
Use a gaiwan with water at 80–85°C (176–185°F) and a tea-to-water ratio of 1:30–1:50. Steep 10–15 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing time for subsequent brews. Enjoy 4–5 infusions to fully appreciate the depth of flavor.
