All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We work with reliable international logistics partners to ensure your tea arrives safely and efficiently. However, shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations or carrier restrictions.

If we are unable to ship to your location, our team will contact you and provide a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Anxiteas cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
