1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to enjoy every cup of tea from Anxiteas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and our customer support team will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Customer satisfaction is our priority.


2. Food Product Policy

Tea is considered a consumable food product, therefore:

For health and safety reasons, opened tea packages cannot be returned.

However, if there is any issue with the product quality, damage during shipping, or incorrect items received, please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the problem

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Free replacement
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

4. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
